Salim Manseur.
Salim Manseur is an enterprise and AI architect who has worked inside regulated industries since 2009: banking and payments, where he architected payment platforms, a national payment switch replacement, and omnichannel banking; the public sector; and higher education, where he currently practices inside a major Canadian research university.
Across those sectors the work has had one constant: systems that must satisfy more than their users. Payment platforms that answer to schemes and auditors. Public institutions that answer to access-to-information law, privacy regulators, and their boards. AI platforms that answer to all of the above at once.
That experience now converges on a single practice: helping organizations architect and govern AI they can defend. He works in French and English.

First issue lands late August 2026.
Selected notes from the practice will appear here. Meanwhile: follow on LinkedIn.
