Privacy policy.

Analytics and local storage. This site does not use advertising trackers. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page-view and performance information. Cloudflare describes this service as cookie-free and says it does not use localStorage or fingerprint individual visitors for analytics. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted by Manseur Advisory.

Information collected. When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you choose to enter, such as your name, business email, organization, role, and message. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address, form language, subscription preferences, and evidence of consent. When you submit the readiness-result form, we collect the email address or other information you choose to provide. If the form includes the readiness score field, the total score is submitted; individual assessment answers remain in your browser and are not transmitted. HubSpot also processes technical information needed to deliver and protect a submission, which may include your IP address, browser or device information, and page or referral data. When the booking calendar is displayed, Google may process technical information needed to deliver the embedded scheduler. If you book a meeting, Google processes the details you submit, such as your name, email address, selected time, and any answers requested by the appointment schedule.

How we use it. We use contact-form information to respond to your inquiry, assess whether an advisory engagement is a fit, arrange follow-up conversations, maintain a record of the exchange, and protect the form from abuse. We use newsletter information to deliver the monthly publication in your selected language, manage preferences, and measure delivery and engagement so we can improve the content. We use readiness-form information to provide the requested result and respond to related inquiries according to the choices presented in the form. We use booking details to schedule and prepare for the conversation.

Communication consent. Newsletter signup and the readiness email form are voluntary. Their HubSpot forms present the applicable notice and consent choices. The readiness result can also be downloaded without submitting the email form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or manage your subscription preferences through HubSpot.

Third-party services and processing outside Canada. Cloudflare hosts the site and provides Web Analytics; HubSpot provides and processes the contact, newsletter and readiness-result forms and subscription preferences; Google Calendar provides appointment booking; and Google Fonts serves site fonts. These providers may process information outside Canada, where different privacy laws may apply. Their handling is governed by their own policies, including Cloudflare's Privacy Policy, HubSpot's Privacy Policy, and Google's Privacy Policy.

Retention and sharing. Contact and readiness-form submissions and emails are kept for the duration of the exchange and for up to 24 months after the last interaction, then deleted or anonymized unless retention is required by law. Newsletter data is kept while the subscription is active; unsubscribe status and consent evidence may be retained to honour your choices and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioural advertising.

Your choices and rights. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or withdraw consent where applicable, by emailing advisory@manseur.com.
