How do engagements work?

Every engagement is fixed scope, defined in a one-page statement of work, and built on the same four-phase method: Frame, Map, Design, Embed. Most start with an assessment or diagnostic of 2 to 3 weeks. See the engagement formats.

Who does the work?

The principal. No leveraged team, no junior staff learning on your file. What you see in the conversation is who delivers the engagement.

In which languages do you work?

English and French, at working-professional level in both. For Quebec public bodies, deliverables are produced in French by default.

How fast can we start?

Typically within two to three weeks of a signed statement of work. Assessments and diagnostics run 2 to 3 weeks once started; you have answers within a month of deciding.

How is our data handled?

Access is limited to what the engagement requires, no client data ever enters public AI tools, and everything is returned or destroyed at your request when the work ends. An NDA is standard before any document changes hands.

Do you implement what you recommend?

No. Assessment, architecture and advisory only; that independence is what makes the recommendations trustworthy. For build work, we can support your team or help you select and govern a delivery partner.

How is pricing structured?

Fixed scope, fixed price for assessments, diagnostics and reviews; monthly for the fractional advisory seat. Exact figures are stated in the proposal, before any commitment.
